We have designed a wooden step just for y'all. It has 3 legs: 3, 5 and 9 inches with less than an inch top. The 3 and 5 inch legs with top is perfect for cardio. Leg presses with either the 9 inch or 8 inch (3 and 5 inch legs stacked) or 12 (9 and 3 inch) or 11 inch ( 8 and 3 inch stacked). Stacked together at 17, perferct for hover squats or single lat rows.
