How do I return an item?
Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
We accept returns for exchange: either for a mis-shipped DVD(s) or defective DVD(s) within 7 days. NO REFUND! For mis-shipped DVDs, we will send the correct DVD with postage. For defective DVDs, we will replace free of charge. Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
• without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
• We will not accept DVDs because of preference. There are clips of all our DVDs in the description. Please note our DVDs have encryption, therefore illegal copying is not allowed.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective will be exchanged for another DVD only. If a DVD is not the one you ordered, then we will resend the correct DVD with return postage. We will not longer accept DVDs that have been played and NO REFUND.
Also we have an option of 50% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item sent from our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us, will NOT be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
