I did this workout last night after a long day of being out and about and it was great. I have Plantar Fasciitis and working out regularly helps keep my foot muscles flexible and helps to minimize the pain. I LOVED this workout. There is just the right mix of heart-thumping cardio and weight training intensity for my plus-sized body right now. I am amazed at how many different ways Anna thought of to get the heart rate up without over-taxing one's joints. My body feels worked out but without any harsh residual pain or discomfort the next morning. Can't wait to do this one again.
