1. The “Strong Bear” moves are very different. There are new pushups, new inner thigh, new squat hovers, new tall step, new upper body balance training. “New” is the key to interesting. “Strong Bear” has lots of new stuff great music and a dynamic, buff instructor; that’s perfection. –Workout Partner Sully

2. Just finished “Strong Bear” for the first time. WOW!! This is my new favorite. What an incredible workout! And the music is wonderful! The inner thigh work is innovative and I could feel it immediately. Also, the push-up done with the step is outstanding! No complaints here...
