Default Anna's Meal Replacement

Greetings!

Every day I make a meal replacement in the blender, with fresh fruit juices and ice as a base. To this I add flaxmeal, whey protein, egg protein, creatine (amino acid to maintain muscle mass) and spirulina. I also add trace minerals. Sugar and vanilla make it delicious.

If I made this for you, do you think you might like to buy it?

What do you think?

Anna

I'd be interested in trying it! Which meal do you replace with it?

I would also give it a try. Too much effort for me to mix up daily myself but if it was premixed and was LACTOSE free, I would use it. Allen

Absolutely!! My family and I already are doing a combination of whey protein
(Solgar Whey to Go), berries, Udo's Oil, blackstrap molasses, and almond milk for breakfast.
The Whey to Go is sometimes difficult to get so I would love to see an alternative. Patty
