What do you ladies think? I've been told the FitPrimes are good for beginners, but I like more cardio.

I would say that the answer is yes, but modify if you need to. Some things to consider are light or no weights, slowing the pace, marching in place or whatever may suit your needs during a particular sequence. Usually listening to your own body is the best thing you can do. You can do things that leave muscles sore, but don't do things that cause pain.
