I just did Upper Body Burn for the second time today. I was wondering what parts am I actually working when doing bridges (where you are on the floor on your back with your feet on the step and you lift your middle and rear up)? I really feel it in my butt but it bothers my back a little. Am I doing something wrong? Where should I be concentrating? Thanks for any advice.

You should feel those mainly in your hamstrings and glutes, though you can also feel them in the abs just a bit, too. If your back is hurting, maybe try limiting your range of motion a bit (I think that's just as effective as long as your form is good), and always make sure your abs are pulled in with each up movement to brace the back. :)

PULL THAT BELLY BUTTON TO THE SPINE!!! Seriously, this will keep you from arching your back.

Thank you both for the advice. I'll see how they go today. I'm going to do Lower Body Burn and I think there are more of them in this workout.
