I'm realatively new to home exercising. I did firm years ago and didn't like them. Some woman drove me crazy and I just couldn't watch her. these appear to be different and I think I can do them. My question is. Have any of you done P90? I bought this program but I don't like it.
I am interested in this Kick butt series but need to know how you would work it into a 90 day rotation or a rotation that you do not get board in.
I get to send the p90 back if I don't like it but here, you can't so , I need some real honest help about this program and how it can bring about then changes I am looking for.
I want a toned body by Summer, I'll take end of July.
I have not a lot of weight to lose, looking for minimum of 12 to lose.
what should I do or could I do here?

Hi TyTbody,
Welcome!
Q. WHAT IS WHFN’s 30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE?
PLEASE SEE THIS LINK: http://www.whfn.com/faq.php
Did you look at the posted rotation calendar for the Kickbutt series? You can find it here: http://www.whfn.com/calendars.php (It is at the bottom of the page, so you may need to scroll down to see it.)
Others members and Tarheels post rotation ideas frequently. I'm sure someone else will chime in and share ideas with you. :)
...and you can clips here if you haven't viewed them yet:

why do some people buy one of these and not the whole set?
If it's a program, what do you do with one? if they each have 4 components to them, how can you have a rest day of sculpting if it's in every dvd?

Hi there! :)
Let me see if I can help out with some of your questions.
The workouts are billed as crosstrainer sets of two, so you can do them back to back because they complement one another. What works for most, may not work for all, so be sure to listen to your body at all times for signs of overtraining if you are worried about sculpting on back-to-back days. Also, some folks alternate heavier days with lighter days by selecting the appropriate weights to avoid overtraining.
Make sure to view the clips of each so you can see if any instructor is annoying to you. The clips are quite long, which is nice to get a good idea of each workout.
I don't have the original Power 90, I have P90X, which has gotten much better reviews. Most of what I read about the original Power 90 was that it is boring.
Check out the Success forum to see some great results others have had with the new workouts. :D
Check out the Reviews and Rotations forum for Rotation ideas. I'm working on one to combine the FPs and KBs, but not sure when I'll have time to finish working on it. I will post it when I do. Other great suggestions have been posted there though.
I'd like to lose quite a few pounds by the end of July. I find, for me, that the biggest key to my success in weight loss is what I eat, so I have to balance my great workouts with some excellent food choices.
I hope this helps some. :)
