Okay. I finally realized today that I need to just update all my old VHS Firms to DVD. Nothing gets me results like the "old" Firm and nothing holds my interest or brings me back to exercise every day like the old Firms. My VHS player, I think, will die before my VHS tapes so. So, here is to hoping that more and more Firms are put on dvd. :)

I'm with you. I've been trying to do newer DVD's like P90x but they just don't grab me the way the old Firms and the Fitprimes/Kickbutts do!!

Its tough to pick between old FIRMs and original FitPrimes. I did CF yesterday morning and have really been wanting to do WF again, almost like a craving for chocolate, so that will be later today or tomorrow. It's really nice out today, NOT HOT! ...so I may go for a long walk or bike ride and do some yard work instead of staying inside.

I'm on the last week of the old WHFN Fitprime rotation and threw "Strong Bear" and "Fast Cheetah" in for the heck of it. I know I made a copy of the Kickbutt rotation but I can't find it and the WHFN page is gone.
WF has been calling my name this week too :)

I may have an extra copy of that. If I do, I'd be happy to send it to you. If you don't hear from me in a couple days, remind me.

Oh, that would be wonderful!! Thanks!!
Today was supposed to be a rest day for me but I had a chance to go on a bike ride on the beach at my inlaws house so I took off. I was pretty bummed out about poor Lance Armstrong's bad day today and riding made me feel better.

I found an extra copy of both the KickButt and FitPrime training calendars, each containing 4 weekly rotations. If you would like one or both of these, PM your address to me.

Well, you've got me thinking...I have until Friday to decide because I have an exercise class tomorrow, but WF again, FTGU or Strong Bear? Tough choice!
