My name is Courtney :) and I have been doing Volumes 1-6, Total body shaping mix and one other video for about 2 months now. I'm not sure how much I have lost because I don't weight myself.

The key to exercise is to lose yourself in the video. Concentrate not on the muscle failure but on the reward and most importantly your form :D. When it gets tough I look at peoples faces (sometimes I laugh) because they are working just as hard as me.

I feel and look better. Now all I have to do is get a barbell so I can change it up a bit. I have noticed their is ALOT of equipment on these videos that cannot be purchased which is Sad :( but that is not stopping me. The Firm is doing something for me that is immeasurable it is saving my live without your health what do you really have!

So to all my Firm Friends keep on going and don't quit! :)

I'm glad you're having good results. There is something special about the classics 1-6.

Yes welcome!

I am completely sold out of the padded barbells and wooden stools. I would try Gin Miller's site for padded bars. I do have the dowels left and one pair of Firm ankle weights.

I can't wait until we get the rest of the workouts on dvd either! Keep weights crossed.

And congrats on fitness journey!

I think the padded barbell was made by Bollinger. What size ankle weights are they?

I just updated the "For Sale" items in the FAQ section.

The Firm ankle weights can hold up to a pound in each pocket.
