How similar is Tracie's Strong Bear to the Kickbutt Strong Bear? I've heard that the original is a bit more advanced, plus, I love Tracie. Is the only similarity the name, or are the exercises/moves the same?

I think it is a little bit more advanced because Tracie uses ankle weights in this workout. The moves are basically the same though.
