For those who ordered either Indprime and/or Rootlock, I have the following update:

Before Christmas I did send a request for more Indeprime and Rootlock. I didn't hear back from the replicators (after many emails and calls) and was getting ready to go to another supplier. Finally she emailed me and I have sent the workouts to be replicated. However, I can not find the masters of these workouts and I am hoping that they can replicate from the actual workouts themselves. I am supposed to hear back from Atlanta office this week.

I was told from the Orlando office it will take a week to replicate the workouts, and then I can ship. If there are changes I will let everyone know, by email and updated post on FitFaves.

I also included the masters for GForce 2 with Carol since we are completly out of stock. Hopefully the same compay can replicate Strong Bear with Tracie Long which is a great workout as well. Will keep everyone posted!

Sorry about the delay.

I'm anxious to order G-Force 2 after watching the preview. Carol does a great job. I have G-Force with Tracie and love it.

I have a question about Indieprime...isn't that the workout that uses the wedge? There is a link somewhere on this site for the wedge, but the wedge in the workout looks larger (maybe Anna was very small?) than what I'm seeing on the linked website. Is there a standard size? Strange question, I know...just wondered.
Thanks,
Shari

I think the wedge in the video is a Body Wedge 21, but I'm not 100% certain.

It is the BodyWedge 21. However the BodyWedge 21 company is out of business. But Anna has about BodyWedges in storage. I am not sure how much shipping because they are large. That is another project perhaps I can work on in the upcoming weeks.

I have tried Indeprime, it is a great workout, really gets in the quads. I think the heaviest weights Anna uses is 10lbs but I felt like they were 50!

I've always thought one of the best descriptions for that workout is sneaky and deceptive. It doesn't feel hard, but wow, you feel it!
