There is a horrible story that Anna has succumbed to stomach cancer. Please tell me this is not true.

Anna is a guest in my home almost every single day. She will never be forgotten by me.

Unfortunately it is. :( My understanding is that Tracie Long has written a tribute to her at her website. Nancy Tucker and Susan Harris has also commented on this, but I'm not sure where.

She is already missed greatly!

I am sad to say that it is in fact true. She passed away on November 23rd. Tracie has made a post on her forum about it: www.tracielongfitness.com, just go to the "forum" link.

This really is devastating news. She was one remarkable lady. I owe so much to her.

Anna died on Monday from stomach cancer. I will miss my mentor as Miss Anna helped me and many others on their fitness journey.
