Hi all. I am considering buying one of these-I don't think I need both. I did an all Cathe rotation for 3 months and gained 2" in my thighs. It's muscle, not fat, but I want to lean them out. So I am trying to up the cardio and concentrate more on lower body work with NO weights. I am still doing squats and lunges, just no weights.
I am wondering which of these has more floor work---besides the obvious name of FB lol, it looks like LBB has floor work also. I am a not a big Tamela fan and think I'd like LBB's instructor better. However, if FB is ALL floor work, or much more, I would get that one instead.
Thanks in advance for any advice!

I really can't say which one to recommend you, I do like them both. Neither have heavy weighted workouts for the legs, I heavied up some to get a better workout. I have to ask you how in the world did you gain 2" on your thighs? Wow, is that per thigh? Did you do any weight prior to CAthe? Just curious cause I have large thighs and I do CAthe and now these new fitprimes. Actaully I did a CAthe ME yesterday and I felt it last night too.

Floor Burn is done without shoes. :) I like that very much. :)
I'd say it had the most floor work of the two, and it causes me the most "burn" in the thighs and glutes of the two.

Thanks for the input!
41-I did mostly Firm before starting with Cathe. I am a true mesomorph! I knew this but stupidly used heavy weights and barbell for standing leg work (squats and lunges). I literally have no jiggle when I slap my flexed quad, but it's just too big for the rest of my body. I'm only 5'4" and don't have long legs, so now I'm frantically trying to slim them down. I just finished Floor Burn for the first time and liked it. I'm still considering adding Lower Body Burn.

I just did Floor Burn this morning and really like how my outer thigh and butt is fatigued. Doing Lower Body Burn works me differently. I would consider having both. Keep the muscle confusion going, along with the variety factor.

I too am a mesomorph. But I use Fairly heavy weights for leg work. I used to use really heavy when I worked and worked out at a gym. Let me tell you, my thighs were huge. I then cut back and they slimmed down great. Then the fat started coming back again. I just can't win. I am only 5' 3" and have 24"thighs. But the rest of me isn't so bad. It is those darn flabby, thick, lumpy, bumpy thighs that are my problem. Good luck on the new workouts and I think you will like both floor burn and lower body burn. NIEther are heavy weighted workouts.
