When FitPrime first became, I ordered Weights First with Tracie. I never actually did the workout. Is this a keeper, or should I sell it on ebay? I'm just wondering because I'm trying to save up for the whole WHFN series. Any thoughts are appreciated!!
Thanks,
Kim

This workout is now out of print now. It is one SUPER TOUGH workout for the lower body. I don't do it regularly anymore, but I love it and would never let it go. It's a collector's item. :p I got great results with it, too, so maybe some day, I'll do it again in a rotation.

O.k......I love the word "results". lol. Tell me what type of rotation you followed when using Weights First, and what type of results you got!! I love hearing this. I think I might have to hang onto this and try it out really soon.

I just did WF yesterday. I agree it is a toughie as I am soooo sore today. I throw it in when I need a kick in the pants!

Hi, Kim! I don't remember what my rotation was back then - I was always trying different things. But I remember getting enormous strength and endurance gains from this workout. I even remember my legs getting more cut when I was using it as well. You've definitely got to try it out! :D

I think you should never get rid of this workout. Not only is it a supergreat one but no longer available.

Does anyone know why Weights First was not remade?

Not sure Vennitta. It is a really tough workout, so maybe too tough to appeal to the "general public"? I love it and still do it once or twice a month.
Jenn,
I don't do rotations - although I may since I have a ton of workouts that need to get more use!

It's a keeper if you always feel that you could have actually worked your legs harder at the end of another workout. This one gets your legs and gets them good. I have to be in the mood to work extra hard when I do it. Oh, and it will get your arms too.

Keep it.....I haven't done this workout in over a year because it is so tough...but next time I am motivated to get in REAL Kick @$$ shape:rolleyes: I will use it again...would never sell it for a lousy few bucks:eek:
