View Full Version : So...what's your favorite workout?

Now that we've had these for a while, I would love to hear which workouts are your favorites! Personally, I would be hard pressed to choose, because I love them all. So far I felt the most thoroughly worked out from Strong Bear, and the most surprised by Flex Posture (didn't realize how much I would like this one, and how great it would feel during times of stress). I'm having to stop myself from working out twice a day - my early morning workouts are my favorite time of day now! Place your vote here for favorite workout(s) and why!

Fav FitPrime (at the moment): Pump; it's fun and I love the music

Fav KickButt (at the moment): Push Pull; it's fun and I love the music

BTW, there isn't one workout that I don't like...they are all fun and, you know, the music...:)

Hello

Favorietes are Pump, Flex Posture, Upper Body Burn, and Crunch Time.

Pump, I love the music. Flex Posture really pushes my body to work in new ways and I see myself responding to the moves. Upper Body Burn, I like many of the combinations. Although, the lower body segment could have been left out. Crunch Time - short and too the point.
I do have a least favorite, but you didn't ask for that so I won't offer.

This is tough.

My favorite Kickbutt is "Strong Bear" with "Fast Cheetah" a close second. Strong Bear is, in my opinion, the toughest of the 12-pack.

My favorite FitPrime is "Metaboost". There is nothing I don't like about this workout. It's as perfect as they come.;)

My favorite FitPrime is Lean......funny, it wasn't at first, but it's like a stealth workout :D It gets better each time I do it.

My favorite KickButt HAS to be Push Pull...it's the music in that one that goes so beautifully with the moves....so uplifting....I feel worked out BUT energized and happy after this workout.

...close seconds would be Metaboost and FlexPosture for FitPrime.....then Floor Burn and Steamin Cardio for KickButt.

I still have 4 left to try...soon to be 3...So this is an UNofficial ranking. ;)

FitPrime - Pump and Metaboost - these workouts are perfection!

I'll post my KBs favorites later.
