I was just wondering if anyone knows how many calories each of these videos burn? I have the 3-pack starter set for now and am loving them, nothing has ever made me sweat so much which goes to prove that they are working great. I am one of those calorie counters and was curious about the burn range for the videos.
any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

If I remember correctly, you may find some posts in the review threads about what calorie burns were recorded on heart rate monitors.

Hi! I'm not familiar with which videos are in the 3-piece starter set, but if you let me know what the set includes, I'd be glad to share my stats with you. I have all 12 of the new workouts and am loving them!;)

The 3 piece set has Crunch Time and Push Pull from the Kick Butt series and Lean from Fit Prime. I cant wait until I can order the rest!!! If I didnt have to go to work I dont think I would be able to do anything else in my day aside from these videos. I got into a pair of shorts yesterday that I havent been able to pull up in 3 years and i have only been doing these for a week!!!! I cant say enough about how well these truly work. I didnt order the whole thing at first because I didnt want to spend the money on something that may not work.

Hi TraiShaik,
I feel the same way about these. After doing more advanced Cathe weights and cardio, I didn't know if these would be hard enough for me. Well, they sure don't feel tough but the results are awesome! They are so beautiful produced that they make me want to workout.
Here's my stats for the videos you have:
Crunch Time:
43 minute workout
119 average heart rate
27 minutes in my training zone
221 calories burned
Push Pull:
52 minute workout
128 average heart rate
38 minutes in my training zone
324 calories burned
Lean:
43 minute workout
120 average heart rate
27 minutes in my training zone
222 calories burned

Thank you so much for your help Im a bit bigger than you are based on your picture. Would i be correct in assuming that larger people burn more calories because they have work harder and their bodies arent used to the movements??? So far I have lost 57 pounds and have another 46 to go. I dont think it will be long before I have that gone hopefully be the end of summer.
If anyone who reads this ever gets diagnosed with endometriosis DO NOT take the Lupron treatment route that forces your body through early menopause and the hormone "freak out" your body goes through makes you pack on the pounds like a beluga whale...

I think that's true -- those that weigh more usually burn more. It's also very dependent on age. The younger you are, the more you burn. I'm 42 (I'll be next month), 5'7 and 152.
Sorry to hear about your endometriosis. Sounds like your treatment didn't go well.
