I'd love to hear some of the ideas y'all have come up with.

I figured out several while doing "Lean" -

The tall box climbs put me out of my zone, so I use my medium box instead.

I start the reps while Kelli is still explaining (in the Fitprimes I found that there were some heart rate lulls while she slowly demonstrated).

What modifications have you figured out?

I just got mine yesterday, so last night I did Metaboost. I did regular dips instead of the curtsy dips because the curtsies seem to put my knee at an odd angle. Instead of tricep pushups I did regular pushups, and on the tricep dips on the step I did a french press instead. the two sets of pushups on the yoga blocks I did tricep kickbacks for one set and lying tricep extensions for the second set.


It will take me a few times to get used to the workouts and the moves and figure out what moves I like and which I don't feel comfortable doing.

In Lower Body I've replaced the yoga block during the heal presses with my purple section of the fanny lifter. I feel I can press into the step better. I don't use the dowel,.... I have both 5 lb dumbells instead, making it a lung/glute squeeze/ up right row movement. (Love the duck squats!!) :eek: Any form of lunge or dips are my most favorite movement, so of course, I do them when I can.

I'm really trying to do as the instructor is,.... but this one I needed to feel more work being done.
