I did the Flex Posture workout on Friday, and today my entire lower back area is stiff and sore. Has anyone else experienced this after completing the workout? I am 44, but have been working out with the Firm (since 1989) and FitPrime, so I am used to exercise. Thanks for any comments/advice.

Sorry to hear about your lower back. I also did Flex on Friday but without any problems. Flex does use moves that unless you have been doing Yoga or Pilates could cause some muscle stiffness as you get used to it. I hope next time don't go as deep eith the back work/stech and hopefully you will build up your l;ower back muscles. When I first started doing Yoga my lower back was sore for a few weeks(and I thought it was easy). http://www.whfn.com/board/images/smilies/tongue.gif

I think the same as tkaste200. You probably overstretched at one point or another. Bad thing about overstretching is, you don't know you did it until later on. LIke at night or next am. Good luck and don't give up on it. I think it is a good replacement for yoga or a pilates workout day. Very good for your body!

I have soreness in my lower back.....but a good soreness. Tells me I'm truly working this area. Just did Floor Burn and I like what I feel. ;) I think in a couple of days I'll give Flex Posture a try.
