end up loving? For me it was Metaboost. I dont know why. I love Heidi but when I read up on Metaboost and watched the clip--I was like urgh.. not going to like this one.

This video ROCKS... definitely one of my faves.

I didn't expect to like FlexPosture as much as I do.....I think at first I kinda thought that I would have rather had all weights or cardio type workouts, but now I really appreciate this workout. It definitely has a place in my workout schedule.

I wasn't sure if I'd like FlexPosture either but I just did it tonight and I LOVE it!! No, its not a heart thumping workout but I didn't expect it from the name alone. One thing that I loved about it is that it made me concentrate on the muscle/s and emphasized form. After multiple pregnancies in a row, my core strength is shot, my balance is off and I injured my knee after trying to workout with more difficult tapes (and didn't pay attention to form- I've never had to in the past as my form was okay). True, I first injured the knee picking up the twins but I haven't helped the situation. This tape in particular really has "more than meets the eye". For the first time in a long time, my hip sockets don't feel "locked". I think that this is because of these wonderful workouts.

I didn't think I'd like Flex Posture either, but I really enjoyed the way I felt afterwards.

I'm not a fan of yoga but whatever yoga moves were done were hidden enough that I could enjoy them. I will use this onetwo to four times a month
