When following the new FP and KB workout rotation schedule, are we actually supposed to rest and do nothing on the "rest" days, or would it be a good idea to do some type of extra cardio work. I'm used to doing 30 to 45 minutes of cardio at least 4-5 days a week, and although I really enjoy the new workouts, I'm wondering if the lack of steady cardio time is going to affect the amount of fat I am burning. I am 44 and "post" menopausal, so keeping the weight off is a relatively new concern for me. Thanks for your thoughts!

Hi, Cat! The rest days are designed for you to just rest, but if you are craving something more, go for the cardio. Just make sure you always listen to your body for any signs of overtraining or when you just might need a break. :)
