Marian! You crack me up! That is what I call "The Tenth Little Indian." I found that figure on the streets of San Francisco last October! I imagine there's some poor child walking around, wondering where his tenth little Indian was lost. :D

BTW, that little Indian looks kinda like a "Gumby" kind of chap. Or maybe "Mr. Bill." In your spare time, can you use him to demonstrate exercises? :D

Y'all are cracking me up! I do think it's great that the Tenth Indian's braids act as pasties to keep these photos from being too risque, though.

I found a GI Joe action figure at the beach years ago. Sadly, he's not as flexible as the Tenth Indian, but my mom and I have had tons of fun through the years passing him back and forth by hiding him in all sorts of places. He accidentally traveled outside the U.S without a passport once and has gotten through airport security a couple of times despite the weapon strapped to his leg. ;)

Ummmm, Harper, it's a GREAT photo, and Mr. 10 is a great model for us all!

First, did you tell him to stand on tiptoes? (I can't see this clearly enough. Maybe he, like many, has tight hamstrings..)

Anyway, he has a wonderful and unique backward bowing of the femur...but I think he should let down those heels...

Then he could press down a bit in his back, extending and increasing his back flexibility.

But, I don't see his equipment!:cool: Does he have any that he uses?? Maybe for biceps or something like that??

And, Harper will concentrate on coaching Mr.10 in proper exercise form and other "technical" aspects. You can assist with coordinating props (:D ) and sequencing...

Anyway, this is a project in the planning-- and we must plan for "BIG TIME for Mr. 10" (working title).

Is that a GOAT in your picture? I used to have a goat in my house once. His name was Fred and I bottle fed him in the house every morning till he started helping himself to my house plants. (I also taught him how to jump things and such. He was a sweetie) Boy goats get really nasty when they get older tho. Like putting their whole head in a cows urine as she is peeing. geez

I implore you to ignore these other silly females. I am a wonderful, kind hearted, yoga loving lady and I think we can make beautiful music together. We can go strolling in the woods and communicate with all of God's creatures. I can tell by looking at your handsome face that this is something you would like as well. Now "I" can make fine debris huts, fashion bow drills for fire making, cook, skin and tan skins!! I also know how to set traps for food and get string from yucas! It's a little fuzzy, and Mr.10 won't like that his face is blurred because my camera wanted to focus on the trees behind. So don't tell him, OK? Let him figure it out when he checks this thread.

The reason he is meditating so much is that his heart was racing totally out of control all night from my touch...which lingered lazily all over his body....He is simply trying to get his feet back on firm footing. Mr.10 is safely packed away in my suitcase, on his way to Indiana. I am in the airport drinking coffee and waiting for my flight, and kicking myself! Mr.10 should be on the plane with me. He's never flown before, and he won't be able to see anything, stuck in my suitcase. He'd love to see the take off and the land below.

Thanks Lori; kinda of a different way of doing things but its a really good way. Nature balances out your energy; especially when you are upset, so if you find a place of beauty it will bring balance and then you can (hopefully) get a good answer from your intutition. I learned that technique from the Deer Tribe.

Y'all, Mr.10 has been a PITA today. He didn't want me to go to church; he wanted me to post his photos. He clamored for time to post on the board, yet after church, we went out on the lake. Now, he is hounding me to go ahead and post his picture, "driving" the boat, yet we are at a friends' house, not at home yet, and her digital camera software is Kodak and mine is Olympus. Mr.10 just cannot understand that.

In the 80's for the last 3 days (or a close 80..I didn't really check except today I know what and pretty sure yesterday was) Going to have some 60's temps later in the week but husband will be going out of town to work and I didn't get my pool up at all last year so I was determined the first really nice days and the pool goes up. GRIN Now have to put water in it overnight ...I have raspberries to weed out; sweet grass to weed out; plants to plant. Lots to do FC. Come on down to swim. We'll invite Mr. Ten and Mr. Slim to join us. eh?

FC has pool too, but we don't fill ours up till next month. Don't dare set foot in it until mid June if we're lucky. Our backyard has a greenbelt behind us, so it's pretty shaded. takes a long time to warm up.

I love to swim. We always had a pool when I was a kid. My DH didn't want to spend all the $ on a pool, becuz our yard is so shaded, plus we don't have real hot weather here.

Last year I thought phooey, & went & bought one of those kid's **** up kinds. My DH poo-poo'd it, that it was meant for kids.

Guess who was the first one in it after work when we had a bit of a heat wave.:cool:

keep busy, it's good to be outdoors. But do check in when you feel like too. Just so we know your still with us.

AH. SWEET FC! SBS like FC Also!. Miss her when she not post. I have one of those 24' Intec Above Ground Pools and it suits me just fine. I get out there and just float around and life is good. I own up to trying to get into it today, while water is still filling, on my raft and now I have frost bite butt from cold water! HEY........ maybe can FREEZE butt off!!! Then don't have to work out so hard. Yeah. Thats the ticket!!

I can get into mine probably within a week of warm temps. Hummm. maybe SBS not like Canada so well after all if can't swim until mid June!

Where the heck is Mr. TEN. NEOOOOOOOOOOOOON...what HAVE you done with Mr. Ten?

Intec? hmm is that one of those pools where you stick the hose in it & the sides start to rise? If so, that's what I bought. It works good for me. I forget the dimensions, I'll ask DH at supper.

Canada is nice when it's warm. I'm not one for the cold. We get cold. Do you like skiing in the mountains? me not! We definately get 4 seasons here. My city is hosting not this winter Olympics but the next one around. Check it out then. Then you can see how FC live!
