In Metaboost, there is a move where you are sitting on the floor, put a yoga block behind your back, and sit with the soles of your feet facing each other. You lower and lift, working abs. My question: I feel this alot on the front of my leg, right where it meets my hip (where the leg bends). Am I doing this move correctly? :confused: Maybe this is the "difficult bikini area" Anna mentions? :confused:
