Someone told me that L-Carnitine, Green Tea Extract, Tirosine, DHEA, 5-HTP, all aid in weight loss. ( http://www.health-pages.com/categories/weightloss.html)
Has anyone heard this before?
Thanks!

for me: vitamin B (flush out the excess water weight) and chromium picolinate. always worked for me and i've taken it for years. also, lecithin, and flax seed oil.

Calcium is supposed to aid in it -- there were a couple of studies recently regarding the use of calcium in aiding weight loss.

I've taken all of the above for years. Made no difference. Not bad for you, though. I'm always looking for that magic combination of nutrients!

I know there is no magic nutrient combo. It all just takes time and experimenting with our own bodies. That's what I believe. All that infomercial hulabaloo about losing weight and not having to exercise, you know that is all fairytale land.
