There are breakdowns of how many minutes of each workout is: Cardio, Weights, Pilates and Yoga. How are these determined? I am particularly interested in what you are referring to as "Cardio". This is apparently not the same as how many minutes of the workout are *aerobic*, since many times the other parts are aerobic and apparently sometimes the cardio is not. Please explain! :confused:
