Does these new video's have a classification according to Cardio, Cardio & Sculpt, Sculpt or are they considered something else?
I would like to incorporate these with my firm workouts but I do not know their classification.
Thanks,
Wendy

Heidi made a good point when talking about how to make a rotation - she suggested that each person decide what the classification should be based on how she does the workout. For example, one sculpting tape might be aerobic for me, but you might not spend much time in the aerobic zone.

:) Yes I would like to know that also. When I watched the video clips I was thinking about what they were going to be classified as. I don't think I trust myself to figure it out - I would rather leave that to the professionals at WHFN. If it doesn't say what they are classified as on the boxes then maybe one of the instructors or someone from WHFN can let us know.

I think you'll see some classifications after we get the DVDs and see each complete workout. ;)

What Ginger said. :) I think that Jenn/Tarheels will be working on creating a rotation for us, I hope! :)
