The nutritional bar I like (Luna) has added inulin to the ingredients. Does anyone know what this is?? TIA

Inulin is a natural dietary fiber. I first learned about it by reading the container of my favorite yogurt, Stoneybridge Farms. It apparently aids in the absorption of calcium. I also like Luna bars.

I just saw the same thing on the same brand of yogurt, and thought where did I see "inulin" before... here on the forum. They have info on it on their website too.

I like the Luna bars, and also like the Pria bars. Thanks for the question, stw6, and for your responses, idbuck and Lori! I had no idea what inulin was either.
