How do we report spammers

There are two new threads under General Health that are from useless spammers. How do we, the real forum participants, get these idiots blocked? :mad:

...but I can't block them. I delete the post(s) and an e-mail to the "powers that be" requesting a block on the username(s). I try to check these daily, but with holiday, haven't been here for a few days. In fact, haven't touched the computer for a few days, except to dust it. http://www.whfn.com/board/images/smilies/wink.gif
