just wanted to say thank you so much Anna for always treating "us" fitness favorites members to always being first on everything you offer.
I think it is so classy that you still care enough to make sure that I get first dibbs or let me have a heads-up on what's going to be available & to make a point of letting me know.
so that I do get a copy firsthand before it goes out to the market. I love that.
there aren't too many people or companies out there now that still show gratification to their loyal customers.
just wanted to let you know, that it really does mean alot.
it makes me feel remembered/special & important enough & I really think it shows just how much you care.
so nice to see you still have good old fashioned customer service values:D
