Hi,

I am from The FIRM. I've used it for almost 2 years now. And honestly, I am tired with it. I was greatly disappointed with BSS 3. And have no intention on buying BSS 4. I am looking for something fresh. Yet I still want the challenge, and the effectiveness I get with the FIRM.

I am 33 yrs old, 5'2, 120lbs, a size 4, and not looking to lose weight at all. I am looking to get the abs totally flat, and sculpt the arms, butt, and legs. Also, I want to feel energized and healthy and strong. I know I'm only 33, but lately, I get more aches and stiffness then I used to, and it bothers me SO much! I want to reverse/end this!

I was SO excited to see that FitPrime (unlike FIRM) combines pilates, and yoga in the workouts! Just what I am looking for, as I need that extra stretch with FIRM does not give.

So, based on my info, what is the difference between FitPrime and Kick Butt? It looked like FitPrime was geared for middle aged and older people? Is it too gentle. I do want a challenge, as you sweat SO much with the FIRM, and this is what I am looking for. Any info would be greatly appreciated. As I would like to order something this month, but want more info first. Also, is there a "money back guarantee" with FitPrime. Just in case I order it, and find it does not make me sweat? Do you have 30 days or anything like that? Also, is it just DVDs? or do they have videos?

Thanks SO much everyone!:)

Hi and welcome! :)

I am going to point you to our FAQ page: http://www.whfn.com/board/showthread.php?t=134

You should be able to find information there regarding the 30 day guarantee.

As for the differernce in the workouts, I believe both will give you a good workout, but the FitPrimes will be easier on the body. Have you looked at the video clips? Take a peek and perhaps see some differences for yourself. You can view them here: http://www.whfn.com/videos.php

Does this help?

Ginger,

Thanks for the reponse.

One of the KickButt descriptions said the video featured "heart-pumping handstands" HANDSTANDS? Did I read that right??

Also, I noticed that the videos do not have step aerobics. Does that mean that the KickButt does a lot of pliometrics and high-impact? Because I am a low-impact, step kind of girl...and I don't like pliometrics at all! Plus, I also like the idea of flow yoga in FitPrime, rather than power in KickButt.

I thought I would go for KickButt....but if it has handstands, plios, and high impact, then I would not want that! Would people agree though that FitPrime will make you have a good sweat? Is it a serious workout designed to get you lean, sculpted, etc. Or is it just designed to keep you moving at an older age?

I see that there is a money back guarantee....but I want to make sure to order the best one, because if I did have to return to order the other series, the free shipping offer may have expired.

I'm doing a FitPrime rotation right now. The FitPrimes I'm doing are similar to KickButt and I don't consider them high impact.

I'm an intermediate to advanced exerciser, but I'm 57 and have arthritis; I find these workouts to be challenging without being damaging to my joints.

The handstands are not actual stand on your hands and walk around the room type handstands. They are more like jumps with your weight on your upper body while your hands are placed on the tall step...easy! Well, sort of easy. They do get my heart rate up there.
