IndePrime Update

Dear Workout Partners,

Some of the first copies of the IndePrime DVD are defective. A new duplication order is now in progress.

If you ordered before on or before No 21st, your order has already been shipped. However, by the end of November, a replacement DVD (without a case) will be sent via to you via USPS First Class Mail to all customers at no extra charge.

If you ordered your IndePrime DVD after No 22nd, you will receive one of the new DVD's. It will ship by the end of November. If your order included Smart Balls, they will be sent at the same time.

Thank you, Anna. I got mine yesterday and it wouldn't play in my old DVD player. It did play in my computer and I was able to enjoy your wonderful workout last night. I really feel it today in my glutes and my delts. I expected DOMS in my glutes, but was pleasantly surprised to feel it in my delts as well. My guess is that all those warrior poses worked them nicely.

I received mine yesterday and did the workout today. It did play in my dvd player but halted briefly at one spot.

I still do not have my wedge so I had to substitute. Even so, I feel sore in my outer glutes, lower abdomen, biceps, inner thighs and through my core.

Thanks for a wonderful workout. It flows smoothly and you are a fantastic instructor.
