Dear Workout Partners:
The introduction to the pelvic diaphragm training methods in the soon-to-be-released 'IndePrime' are now at YouTube.

At my channel (AnnaBensonWorkouts), I added links to other experts on incontinence as well as other health topics.

Our society freely discusses all types of behaviors and attitudes, frequently without even a veneer of tact. This material is tame compared to the content of many entertainment magazines and cable sites.
Statistically, incontinence (and sexual dysfunction) are significant problems, and not just for those of us over 50. Yet they are rarely discussed. After years of hearing confessions from clients, I believe many women do not workout in public facilities because of incontinence. If this condition can be improved through education and new training methods, they should be presented.
And if the enjoyment of sex can be improved through the same, why limit such an important component of happiness because of fear and/or ignorance? More than once, Dr. Oz (Oprah's Show) has said an optimal level of sex is about 200 times a year. Dr. Oz says studies have shown associated longevity with this level of frequency; we may live up to 10 years longer! Good sex may come naturally for some. But for everyone, the activity can be enhanced, and the desire for it increased, through education and pelvic diaphragm development.
While I know some of you will be surprised, I believe the IndePrime methods will both produce visible external results, as well as invisible, internal tone. Let me know if the YouTube clip helps you understand my goals. I would certainly appreciate sincere comments on this Forum. Ask any question you like, and I will do my best to answer.
Those of us with good health should be so grateful. So many are sick, unhealthy, aging prematurely, and lack peace of mind. Let us give thanks, and do our best to help others achieve the same.
All best wishes,
AnnaVere
