Led by Kelsie Daniels.

I originally ordered this in DVD but was so distracted by the editing errors that I sold it. When I saw it on sale in DVD format I thought what the heck, and I'm glad I did. There are only two editing misses on the DVD but Kelsie is so great that it's worth it. Now, I'm a Heidi fan and I like Kick**** Steamin' Cardio but Kelsie was that original lead and she was a super choice.

I had to modifiy (those hand stands are a no-no for me) and I had to use a lower step for the 'step' work and still got an incredible workout. I'm so glad I re-bought this.

I guess I have the original DVD version, some glitch (like all the originals), but they don't bother me very much. I actually just got Kelsie's new Firm workout as well--she's exactly the same! :)

I'm anxiously awaiting Kelsie's new workout scheduled for release in 2008

This is probably a dumb question but -is the workout currently available for purchase "Steamin' Cardio" with Kelsie on DVD or VHS? The reason I ask is because the originial Fit Prime workouts I purchased a few years back were VHS. I'll probably buy it anyway since I've read such rave reviews of it on both this board and Firm Ya Yas. Patty

Patty, I have this on DVD, but it's possible that both the VHS and DVD are out of print. However, you might have luck on eBay.

It's on DVD if you are buying it from the Fitness Favorites store :)

I just ordered it, along with "G Force 2", another FP workout that I missed.
The rebounder was actually my first Fitness "toy" given to me by my dh for Christmas 1987. We'd been married a year and we both gained a ton of weight. I gained so much after my wedding that folks thought that I was pg!!
How ironic!! I ended up suffering years of infertility and completed my family via international adoption LOL!!
So anyway, I love to get rebounder workouts whenever I can find them!!
