Body Wedge

Has anyone used the Body Wedge that Anna sells? My ball is leaking so I am thinking of replacing it with the wedge.

I'd love to know as well. Anna sells it and I hear it will also be available soon at Target.

The Body Wedge is an important part of my training, and I cannot imagine a workout without it. My clients refuse to do without.

Let's hope the new Target version is a good one. Foam quality, and a large size are important.

The best solution may be to make two at the same time, one with the wedge and another without.
