Can you recommend a good Yoga DVD?

I wanted to add a Yoga DVD to my Fitprime workouts and was wondering what one you'd recommend. I have been doing yoga for the last 15 years and would rather do it for relaxation than for aerobic fitness so I'm not keen on too much power yoga. I've done mostly Kripalu and Hatha yoga in my classes but my schedule doesn't allow me to get to formal classes very often anymore. Thanks!!

I don't have anything specific to suggest, but I would suggest that you try some videos and dvds from the library. Maybe you'll find one or two you like before you buy. You can also see a quick clip and read reviews at the Collage web site.

I'm going to do that when I take my son to the library for story time tomorrow.
I also noticed that my cable company offers some exercise programs in their "**** on demand" lineup, which I'm going to try. Thanks!!
