Hi, I'm old and need a modification to the hand stand segment in Steamin Cardio. Can you help? Lori

Hi Lori
Sometimes I just do squats through that segment or skip it as it is not that long. Maybe you could do some military presses if you want to work your shoulders. :confused:

Anna is suggesting you "place hands on top of step, and lift the heels and press into the balls of the feet, instead of jumping."
