While I know the Originals provided inspiration behind the newer ones released in 2005, I want to buy the old and the new, but don't want to purchase both sets if they are exactly the same workout. Can any advise on if the 7 originals are differernt from the 12 WHFN? Some of them have the exact same name? Any help would be great. Thanks so much.
