Rotations

Is there a rotation that uses both Fitprime(whfn) and Kickbutt? I always loved Anna's rotations. But, have not seen one using both of the whfns.

I don't see one either. I've almost finished the Fitprime rotation and would like to add a Kick**** or two to the mix. I'm not yet in shape to do an entire month of KB. I also received the original Strong Bear VHS tape from a friend who didn't want it anymore. She liked it she just doesn't have time to work out right now.
