I'm just back on the wagon after a year or more off. I'm overwieght and addressing that as we speak. I just dusted off my fitprimes last week and started working out again. This morning I did Metaboost.
Those clams hurt my hips (all weight on one side).
Any suggestions? or a modifcation?
