Whenever I follow a healthy eating program with appropriate portions I am always hungry, well really I am always ravenous. I resist as long as I can then I end up overeating on something I know I will regret. I generally eat so many veggies and drink so much water that I feel like my stomach is making veggie soup. I always include protein, whole grains and some fat in every meal. I also try to eat 6 times a day so I don't get too hungry, but it seems that is just impossible. I am really frustrated and would love any ideas anyone could give me.
