Actually, I had scanned it in for someone, so I have it as a pdf document. The pictures are a bit dark, but you can read the print without a problem. Let me know if you want me to email it to you.

I feel so silly Lori! Just came back to re-read your initial post. Don't know why I thought you meant firm 90-day:p

no need to feel silly, it's Thurs....weekend coming....
can't seem to find a rotation anywhere.
hmmm, it's hard for me to decipher these from cardio, cardio/sculpt?
the Weights First is obvious, I think? lol sculpt? Fast Cheetah, cardio? I dunno, I was hoping for a rotation like the new ones have.
I'm really clueless when it comes to my own rotations.
I'll keep searching thru the old stuff, maybe someone will read this & post something for me.
thanks for trying stacy.

I don't have all of the old FPs, but of the ones I do have, I use Fast Cheetah and Steamin Cardio on cardio dates, and FTGU and Crunch Time on weights days (as the title suggests, the latter is great when I'm time-crunched!). I also have JustRight W+C+Y, and although it's a bit easier, I find if I heavy up on the weights, I'm still sore the next day!
