Hey all, just wondering if anyone is combining the WHFNs and TLTs. I have two WHFNs (Pump and UBB), and one TLT (Strength in Movement). I also have about 6 of the older FitPrimes plus the TLP Yorktowns set (Core Strength/Core Cardio). I'm trying to mix everything in together, but I'm wondering how others do this. Do you ever use two AWT workouts back-to-back?

Hi!
I have all of the old FitPrimes plus the new WHFN ones. I also have all TLTs and TLPs. I have managed to make a rotation with all these plus older Firm Tapes and some of the new GT Firm DVDs.
What I try to stick to is an all-weights w/o (or one with little cardio) followed by a cardio w/o and on the third day a functional w/o (TLT or TLP). My fourth day is usually a Rest day or Yoga day (if I feel up to it).
Hope this helps.
BTW Tracie has a few Firm/TLT and TLT/TLP rotations posted which can guide you.

Thanks for your response! I try to alternate weights and cardio, and I stick in the FF workouts based on whether they are mostly one or the other. I guess I was wondering if occasionally, I could do an AWT workout like Pump followed by a FF like TLT SIM.

If you are using the same weights for both the AWT w/o and the FF w/o then I would suggest not doing them on consecutive days, in fear of overworking your muscles. If I plan on doing AWT and FF back to back, for my AWT w/o I use the heavy end of my dumbell set (e.g. 20-16-13-10 lb) while for the FF w/o I use the light end of my dumbell set (10-8-6 lb). :)
