Hello...I am a long time Firm user, but new to FitPrime. Unfortunately, I have not worked out in quite a while. I am wondering the best workouts to start with. The one criteria I have is...as little jumping as possible, since I live on the 2nd floor. And, currently, my time is a bit limited as I just started a new job and work long days. Can anyone make a recommendation? Thanks !!!!!

Welcome and congratulations on both your new job and your decision to start working out again!
If you haven't seen the video clips, I'd start there: http://www.whfn.com/videos.php ...a picture is worth a thousand words.
While both the FitPrimes and KickButts are easily modified, from what you've posted, perhaps the FitPrimes are the right workouts to start. (My personal favorites include Pump and Metaboost.) Likely others will chime in and add more elaborate comments to help you decide also. Take the comments into consideration and take a look at the clips.

I love both the Kickbutts and the FitPrimes, but I must admit that the FitPrimes definitely have less jumping and impact moves. I also live in a 2nd floor apartment, and I find that I can even modify the Kickbutts on days when I don't want to drive my neighbors crazy with my jumping around.
