what exactly is this forum for? diet? So, if it is what are you not eating? I am going to have to try something else because I eat really clean, good carbs and healthy fats and lean proteins, and I still never get the results that I should be for the clean eating no cheat days and very hard work that I do.

Thanks, Ginger. I actually think I need advice because I eat really well and I don't see the results I should. Is there a limit to my carbs I should be doing. It seems even good carbs are being store even for the intense amount of working out I do. Thanks for any help.

Hi Geneva,
Are you journalling your intake? Many times we underestimate how much we're eating. Remember we can over-eat, even quality foods. Too much food is stored as fat, no matter how "clean."
Are you getting enough food? If you're not getting enough fuel, your body could be hanging on to its fat stores.
You say you're getting the good fats. That's good! We need them for assimilation of vitamins, as well as lubrication of joints, healthy skin and hair, and in order to burn fat. Are you getting enough of them? 25-30% works for me.
If you always eat clean, with "no cheat days" (Good for you!), maybe you need a "cheat" occasionally to shock your body a little. (JMHO on this one, but possibly worth a shot.). Sometimes we get into ruts with our food programs, and the body doesn't need any "thought" to digest it, just like the need for variety in our workout regime.
Are you working out too much, with enough rest days during the week? When was the last time you changed your regime? When was the last time you took a week off?
We're all different, and need to find the formula that works for each of us. If you're not seeing the results you want, change something about your program, whether it be your food or your workouts, or even rest. Maybe you truly don't need to lose body fat.
Edited for typo correction.
