Hi, I am new to FitPrime workouts and just bought one. It talks about using a nondominant training approach, meaning weak side first. I guess I don't really know what that means, is it that your dominant side is what handedness you are, such as righthanded, or does it mean which side you feel is stronger, which I don't really know in myself or how to determine that. Hopefully someone can help me with an answer? Thanks!

Your non-dom. side will be the weaker side. If you are right handed, your left will likely be the nondominant side, and if you are left handed, your right side will likely be the nd side.
If you use both right and left hands equally, I have no idea how then to determine the weaker side. In one of the original Fitpeimes led by Anna, she does say that the stronger side feels like you can do the movement(s) indefinitely, while the weaker side will tire out quicker, so maybe that is a way of determining as well.
