Does anybody know her approximate age when these came out?
I just won 2 Just Right ones from ebay that arrived today and am previewing them and she looks great as do the workouts!
Since my MIL do not exactly see eye to eye on working out, but she is interested in FP wth Tamela, I would like to show her the 2 Anna led since my mil is in her early 50's, and these look thus far at a level she can do. One thing I have heard her say is she can't do things b/c she is not young anymore http://www.whfn.com/board/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif. It seems like I read that Anna & Cynthia were in their 50's and I think if she saw these it would really encourage her.

I'm quite a bit older then your mil and I could never think I can't do something because of age. I use all the Fitprimes, Kickbutts,Firms (old and new) and Cathe's strength and cardio workouts. I've been doing them for years--actually since the original Firms Vol 1. It's not for weight control but for health. I would like to stay on my feet and upright for my like span. That is a big motivator.

My mom does Anna’s JRWCY (along with some other workouts) and she is in her 70s.

Don't quote me on this bcz I'm only going from memory and that could be trouble! ...but, I think you are right that Anna was in her early or mid 50's fifties when the FP JRs were filmed. If I find out for sure, I'll let you know.

I just did a good portion of JR FP yesterday. I really needed to stretch. It felt so good and I love Anna in front of the camera.

Wow- you ladies are inspiring me to get on the ball with my fitness so I will not become frial like so many people I see even at just 55 or 60!

Ginger, I just got FP and WCY ones this past week, previewed them but have not done them, but FP looks like a fantabulous stretch workout. http://www.whfn.com/board/images/smilies/smile.gif I am itching to do Fast Cheetah again- I love the plyo work in this one vs/ Firm styly plyos, these are more challenging balance wise but not as jarring as Firm- syle ones.
Did the JR cardio one ever get made? I have vol. 10 & 12, but have no idea what vol. 11 was. Iwould love to get my hands on the JR cardio if it was made.

...what a wonderful description! :D

Now the FP JR question, only the JR WCY and JR FP were made.

I love Anna' in her (own) workouts. She is very honest and upfront when exercising. Anna is a mentor to me in my exercise journey. Even my 12 year daughter enjoys working out with her tapes. Katie thinks she is pretty cool. Thanks Anna!

Honestly, I think Anna's are my favorite FPs -- I don't know whether that's due to her engaging nature on screen or because she's been my "mentor" for so long with workouts that I'd like anything she tried to tell me to do on-screen, even if it were to swallow a whole bottle of cod liver oil. :p

Ok, I think you went just a bit too far!

...nice to "see" you again! http://www.whfn.com/board/images/smilies/biggrin.gif How are you?

These remarks about Anna just remind me again of how much I really like Anna in front of the camera. She has become my favorite lead. She is so charming and down to earth. I only wish she would make some more. :)

I just did flex posture (anna's version) a few days ago. I loved it!

Well, I did Flexposture with Anna last night as well as Core First wow- I feel great today. I LOVE anna in front of the camera- she really should do more with her leading! My hamstrings and lower spine felt really good after that workout.
The only problem I had was spring has sprung so my apt was HOT ,and my hands kept slipping off of the sticky mat and the yoga blocks in doing down dog, prep for headstand (basically anything where your hands/wrist/arms have to support you to help stretch the legs.) Other than the times I nearly fell on my face, it was a great stretching and relaxing workout!
