WHFN equipment???

Hey everyone just a question...
What are you using for the box in the whfn dvds and where is it sold? I use my firm fanny lifter when I do them and I have a friend who wants to try them. But I don't want to convince her to buy a fanny lifter or transfirmer. I don't even know what she would be able to substitute.

I use my wooden 14" step but Target has a 12" step for sale pretty cheap. It is the same one that the modifier uses in the WHFN workouts. I have the 12" step from Target as well as for Leg Presses I like to use the 12" height.

I use a wooden fanny lifter that I bought on eBay. ;)
