View Full Version : When is whole wheat not whole wheat?

Alright I know that enriched wheat flour is basically white flour but how about stoneground wheat flour? I'm trying to switch my kids off of Wonder Bread and don't want to work that hard for something that's basically the same thing. All advice is welcome. Thanks!:)

In a nutshell, the less processed and/or refined it is, the closer to actual wheat it is :p ...
