Hi, I'm sorta new to the site, and I was wondering about a rotation that included both the KickButt series and the FIRM BBS1-4. I got hooked on the FIRM with BBS2 system in 2002, but didn't know about you guys until a little earlier this year. When I first visited here I read the reviews on the KickButt series and went out and bought Push and Pull and Steamin' Cario and I love it. So I am asking my Hubbie this Holiday season to complete this set. I want to use my FIRM DVD's along with this one and I don't know how to put a rotation together. Someone please help me and show me where I could find a rotation that would fit what I am asking for even though it might be imposible.
Thank you, Susie

Susie,
I don't know of any published rotation that includes both FitPrime/KickButt and the Firm. The sets come with a rotation for each of the type of workouts, i.e., there is one for the Fitprime and the Kickbutt series. If you wanted to add in some of the Firms, I would just keep to the rule of giving the muscles worked at least 24 hours between. In other words, do something like......workout with cardio focus, then the next day do a lower body focus, then an upper body focus. If there are workouts that use weights for four limb and you want to do a couple in a row, then just lighten up on the weights for one of the days. Am I making sense? The whole idea is to not overtrain and injure. Hope I helped!:)
