Does anyone still do these? I have never tried them but am interested. Which ones do you like or think are the most effective? I see them for sale on amazon and ebay. I reserved one at the library but am interested in the opinions of the WHFNers as I love these workouts!

When I got my DH to try Callanetics, he said, "It's like Yoga only it works faster." My sentiments exactly. :)

I have them all. They are all excellent, but I really love the three Quick workouts: Stomach, Legs, and Hips & Behind. They are 20 minutes each; it's a customizable workout. I think, when done back to back for 60 minutes, they are even more challenging than the original 60-minute workout. I'm also especially fond of AM/PM another split workout; it has two wonderful 20-minute workouts.

I haven't done them in a while since the WHFNs fusion system keeps me stretched out and limberized so well.

I just bought a few. I can't believe how long it took me to finally try them out! :)

Are the one you metioned, Redeye, new? I've never heard of those. All I'm aware of are the "old" ones. Have they gone DVD?

Apryl, I got these years ago; they are not new. People keep mentioning a new production, Cardio Callanetics, but I've not seen it.

Amazon.com has them all on VHS and DVD.

My sister has been using the old ones along with her treadmill and swimming. All I can say is that she looks great.
